IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
Boats come with full tank of gas. Pay for what you use.There is a REQUIRED captains lesson. We recommend you come 20 mins early.All boats must be back at the Marina by 6 pm regardless of when your rental time started. This excludes 24 hour rentals. Late charges are based on ½ hr. for $82.50.Pet fee of $50 for each petTube Rental is $50. We supply the tube. NO outside tube may be used to tow with FOUNTAINHEAD boat rentals.NO kneeboards or water skiiing are allowed with our boat rentalsNO smokingAnyone 13 yrs or younger must have fitted life vests. You must supply. We cannot guarantee that we will have youth sizes available.Please be sure to add all the days you wish to rent this boat.Must be 21 and over to rent and to operate.

RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICIES:
WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS FOR RAIN OR OVERCAST WEATHER, THE ONLY REASON WE CANCEL IS LIGHTNING DUE TO SAFETY ISSUES.

Cancellation Policies for Boat Rentals:14 or more days prior to reservation: A $25 cancellation fee13-4 days prior to reservation: $100 cancellation fee 3-2 days prior to reservation: $200 cancellation fee1 day prior to reservation: cancellation fee of 1/2 of the full price rental, or $350 whichever is greaterThe day of the reservation: Cancellation or no shows will be responsible and charged for the full price of the rental.
